TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- Exclusivity. Family, friends and other guests are positively encouraged to take photographers troughout the day but Gilda Badillo shall be the sole proffesional still photographer on your wedding day.
2. Booking Deposit A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. Dates can only be reserved when this deposit is paid. The outsstanding balance is due 1 or 2 days before your Wedding Ceremony during a prior meeting.
3.-Force majeure In the unilekely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Gilda Badillo´s control her liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory right are not affected. Gilda Badillo has full Public Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurance.
4.- Cancellation If Gilda Badillo has to cancel this contract for reason beyond her( death,injury,sickness,etc.) herliability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Should the wedding be cancelled for any reason as compesation for loss of income for Gilda Badillo, the following:
Charges apply as percentage of the total deposit fee due:
Less than sixty days before the wedding ceremony is 50% refundable.
Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement and subject to Gilda´s availibility, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding or photoshoot sesion. In this case the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at the time of booking the new wedding.
In the event of Gilda Badillo´s taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed date a full unconditional refund of your deposit and monies paid shall be made.
